If you’re not entirely satisfied with your experience, we’re here to help.
Studio Policy
For most services, we require a deposit at the time of booking.
As a courtesy to our lash stylists and other clients we require at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice are welcome to send someone else in their place, otherwise please be aware that when less than 24 hours notice is given, the deposit is non-refundable.
Where a client misses their appointment, full payment is required.
Please note that arriving late for a service may result in a shorter application time (with full charges applied). So as not to inconvenience other clients, we regret that late arrivals will not be able receive an extension of their treatment finish time.
If the work was determined to be “faulty” by the business then a refund or re-application of eyelash extensions may apply.
Damaged Items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately.
Sale Items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. No refunds/returns on beauty products due to health and hygiene.
